What we collect and why

When you submit the quote form we collect your name, phone number, location, and details of your enquiry. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in operating an enquiry service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who receives your data

Your enquiry is passed to one licensed local skip hire provider so they can quote for and provide the service. They act as an independent controller of your data once received. We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone else.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 12 months for service and record-keeping purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time via the email above. You may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
